Job summary

Breakthru Psychiatric Solutions is expanding into Athens, GA, seeking a psychiatrist to deliver high-touch, interventional care with no nights or weekends and no call.

You will lead personalized treatment plans for treatment-resistant depression using TMS, Spravato, ketamine, and related modalities, while collaborating with a dedicated Office Manager and clinical team to maximize patient outcomes and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• Georgia license or ability to obtain.
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (prior experience not required).
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and evaluations for patients with treatment-resistant conditions.
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans based on patient response.
• Perform interventional psychiatric procedures with precision and care.
• Move efficiently between treatment rooms to maintain quality and patient flow.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to Medical Assistants and Advanced EMTs.
• Contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, growing practice culture.
