Glynn & Associates Search Partners is seeking a Lead Psychiatrist to join its Metro Atlanta team in an outpatient, clinician-led setting. This full-time role emphasizes evidence-based care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including exposure to integrative psychiatry and advanced treatments.

Expect approximately 11–12 patient days, 60-minute initial evaluations, and 30-minute follow-ups, with hybrid in-person/telehealth care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certification in Psychiatry through the ABPN.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in innovation, measurement-driven care, and emerging treatments.
• Fellowship training may provide opportunities to work with child/adolescent patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluations and ongoing medication management.
• See approximately 11–12 patients per day.
• Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and other clinicians.
• Care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia.
• Incorporate integrative psychiatry and sleep medicine when appropriate.
• Utilize advanced treatments including TMS, ketamine infusions, SPRAVATO.
• Offer both in-person and telehealth visits.
• Participate in a physician-led, innovative mental health care model.

Glynn & Associates Search Partners is representing an established, clinician-led mental health organization seeking a Lead Psychiatrist to join its growing Metro Atlanta team. What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
