Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem is seeking an Interventional Procedures Tech II for the Interventional Radiology department at Evanston Hospital. This full-time day-shift role includes on-call duties and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for new grads (or $20,000 with IR experience).

Qualifications

• IEMA license required and ARRT registered.
• Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• CPR/ BLS Certification required.
• Experience as Angiography technologist desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible radiation safety and protection of all team members during and after a procedure
• Cross train to assist the physician to perform IR and/or Cath procedure (scrub the case); record/monitor the procedure; or circulate the procedure.
• Maintain equipment used during the procedure
• Charge and complete all required documentation for procedures
• Assist in supply management and restocking of supplies in IR/Cath labs

Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Sign on bonus: $15,000 for new grads and $20,000 for 1 year of IR or Cath experience
• Position: Interventional Procedures IR Tech II
• Hourly Pay Range: $35.35-54.79. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40hrs/wk)
• Hours: Day Shift M-F 7:30-4, includes rotating hours and on-call responsibility.
• Required Travel: Limited

What you will do
