Job summary

StoneSprings Hospital Center is seeking a Special Procedures Tech to join our Radiology team. The role involves performing all Special Procedures in accordance with department policies, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging procedures.

You will be part of a 120+ bed hospital within the HCA Healthcare family, providing comprehensive care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved radiologic technology program.
• Registered with ARRT.
• BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Special Procedures in strict accordance with department policy and procedure manual.
• Control patient flow and ensure timely examinations.
• Operate imaging equipment and safety devices; maintain sterile technique.
• Take call as assigned by Lead Technologist and document appropriately.
• Enter charges for exams in RIS (Meditech) in a timely manner.
