Endeavor Health’s Glenbrook Hospital is seeking an Interventional Procedures Cath Lab Tech in Glenview, IL. This full-time role involves preparing patients, rooms, and equipment for coronary, peripheral, and other interventional procedures, while assisting physicians and ensuring patient safety.

You will scrub, circulate, monitor hemodynamics, and document procedures, plus operate specialized imaging and interventional tools.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification as required.
• ACLS certification required or obtained within 12 months.
• RCIS/RCES/VI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for diagnostic and invasive procedures.
• Assist physicians during coronary, peripheral, structural heart and other interventions.
• Perform scrub and circulating duties with hemodynamic monitoring and documentation.
• Operate and troubleshoot interventional equipment; assist with fluoroscopy and imaging.
• Provide post-procedure care including hemostasis and access-site management.

Interventional Procedures Tech - Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology# Careers## Interventional Procedures Tech - Cath Lab & Interventional RadiologyApply: GBH Glenbrook Hospital Glenview: EVH Evanston Hospital: Posted Today: R43261**Hourly Pay Range:**$36.42 - $56.45 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Interventional Procedures Technologist****Position Highlights:*** **Sign on bonus**: $15,000 for new grads and $20,000 for 1 year of IR or Cath experience *(external candidates only)** **Position:** Interventional Procedures Cath Lab Tech* **Location:** Glenbrook Hospital* **Full Time/Part Time:**Full-Time (40hrs/wk)* **Hours:**4 10 hour shifts starting at either 6:30 or 7 AM, rotating weekends and on –call* **Required Travel:** Some travel between north region sites, as needed**What you will do:**• Prepare patients, procedure rooms, sterile and nonsterile equipment, catheters and other technology for diagnostic and invasive procedures. • Assist physicians during coronary, peripheral, structural heart and other interventional procedures, including vascular access and device placement. • Perform scrub assist and circulating responsibilities while providing hemodynamic monitoring, EKG interpretation and procedural documentation. • Operate and troubleshoot specialized interventional equipment and assist with fluoroscopy, digital imaging, data acquisition and processing. • Provide post-procedure care, including hemostasis and access-site management, and recognize and respond appropriately to complications and emergency situations.**What you will need:**• **License**: Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross. • **Education**: Associate’s degree in an allied health field or higher bachelor’s degree. • **Certifications**: ACLS certification required or must be obtained within 12 months of start date.
