Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• BLS Certification required
• 1+ year clinical/surgical/pain management experience preferred
• Knowledge of sterile technique and procedural support
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Patient safety focus

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients, procedure room, equipment and supplies for interventions (e.g., epidural injections, blocks, ablations)
• Assist physician during procedures by passing medications and maintaining a sterile field
• Operate and troubleshoot fluoroscopy and ultrasound under supervision
• Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control standards
• Monitor vital signs pre- and post-procedure and document in EHR
• Coordinate pre-procedural clearances and anticoagulant management
• Restock and organize procedure room supplies
• Provide patient education before and after procedures
