Job summary
Loop Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive pain management and vascular varicose vein services. You will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes.
You will educate patients on treatment options, manage medications and therapies, perform procedures, and collaborate with physicians to ensure the best possible patient care while engaging in ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Pain Management, Interventional Radiology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics or Varicose Vein Clinic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations to create individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on their pain management options.
- Manage medications and other therapies.
- Perform various procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
