Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position in Chicago, IL and Northwest, IN. This role involves diagnosing and treating varicose veins, spider veins, and other venous disorders using minimally invasive techniques. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with venous conditions.
• Perform minimally invasive procedures such as endovenous laser treatment (EVLT), radiofrequency ablation (RFA), micro foam ablation (Varithena), sclerotherapy, cosmetic sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, and wound care (secondary to chronic venous insufficiency).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on venous diseases, prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in vein treatment and phlebology.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Phlebology, Internal Medicine).
• Active MD or DO license in Illinois and/or Indiana.
• Experience in venous disease treatment is preferred but not required—training will be provided.

• The physician is expected to become ABVLM (American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine) certified in the first 2 years of employment.

Schedule
