Job summary

CUC, Inc. in Chicago, IL, is launching an Office-Based Lab and seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the foundational clinical team. You will evaluate patients, prepare procedures, manage post-procedure care, and help build workflows in a growing outpatient vascular and endovascular program.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited NP program.
• Active Illinois NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• National Board Certification (FNP/AGNP/ACNP).
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain; BLS/ACLS certification.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience in interventional settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, physicals, and ongoing assessments.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage PAD, venous disease, and other vascular conditions.
• Develop treatment plans with Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Specialists.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostics and imaging.
• Assist with pre-procedure evaluations and peri-procedural management.
• Provide post-procedure follow-up, wound care, and continuity of care.
• Perform office-based procedures within scope and protocols.
