Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise seeks a physician to join the Comprehensive Pain & Spine Service. The role covers clinic and hospital interventional procedures and medical management within a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate should have an MD/DO, completed anesthesia or physiatry residency, and interventional spine fellowship with ABA/ABP board eligibility or certification. Idaho licensure and SARMC privileges are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required with anesthesia or physiatry training.
• Board certification through ABA or ABP or eligible within 3 years.
• Interventional spine fellowship completion required.
• Idaho license and privileges at SARMC-Boise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Care for all aspects of traditional Comprehensive Pain & Spine clinic.
• Perform in-clinic and in-hospital interventional Pain & Spine procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care and medical management.
