Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) in Boise, ID seeks a full-time physician to join the Comprehensive Pain & Spine Service within SAMC. The role covers traditional Pain & Spine clinic duties and in-hospital interventional procedures, with emphasis on multidisciplinary patient care and medical management.

The ideal candidate is an MD or DO, completed anesthesiology or physiatry residency with interventional spine fellowship, ABA/ABP board certified (or within 3 years), and Idaho licensure with

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required; anesthesia residency or physiatry residency with interventional spine fellowship.
• Board certification through ABA or ABP (or within 3 years of employment) required.
• Idaho medical licensure and privileges at SARMC-Boise; DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Traditional Comprehensive Pain & Spine clinic.
• Perform in-clinic and in-hospital interventional Pain & Spine procedures.
• Support multidisciplinary team approach and medical management of patients.
