A well-established, privately owned, physician-led pain management practice in Salisbury, Maryland is seeking a full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team. Ideal candidates are trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology for a high-volume, procedure-driven outpatient setting with strong long-term earning potential.

Compensation includes a Year 1 base salary of $420,000–$440,000+, with Year 2 transitioning to a draw model based on a percentage of collections.

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required).
• Eligible for or active Maryland medical licensure (note: Florida license requirement removed to align with practice location).
• DEA registration in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated procedural proficiency and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
