Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management.
• MD or DO with active license or license-eligible.
• Strong procedural proficiency with implants and advanced neuromodulation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growth and ownership.
• Excellent communicator within a physician/APP care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive interventional pain management in clinic and ASC settings.
• Perform advanced procedures including spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, DRG and restorative neurostimulation, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, sacroiliac and facet interventions, epidural and sympathetic blocks, and regenerative therapies.
• Build evidence-based, individualized care plans and follow patients over time to track function and outcomes.
• Work alongside experienced NPs and PAs, medical assistants, and front office and lab support.
• Contribute to clinical research and quality initiatives to advance the specialty.
