Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Pain Management physician to join a multidisciplinary spine, neurology, and pain practice in Central Florida near Maitland.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $500,000 with uncapped productivity incentives and first-year earnings of $700,000+, plus a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time outpatient focus. Procedural duties include epidural injections, facet blocks, and neuromodulation procedures.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine or related specialties.
• Active Florida medical license required.
• Active DEA registration.
• Fellowship in Pain Management, Spine, or Interventional Neurology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform epidural steroid injections, facet joint blocks, and medial branch blocks.
• Carry out radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulator trials/implants.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with spine, neurology, and pain specialists.
