Healthcare United in Central Florida seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a multidisciplinary spine, neurology, and pain practice near Maitland. The role emphasizes evidence-based outpatient care, advanced interventional procedures, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

The position offers a base salary around $500,000 with expected first-year earnings over $700,000, uncapped incentives, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility
• Active DEA registration and controlled-substance prescribing authority
• Fellowship training in Pain Management, Spine, or Interventional Neurology preferred
• Strong interventional pain procedural skills
• Uncapped productivity-based incentive potential

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with acute and chronic pain, spine, and neurological conditions
• Perform interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator trials/implants
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary spine, neurology, and pain practice
• Contribute to a competitive base-plus-commission compensation structure and sign-on bonuses
