MASC Medical is assisting a well-established pain practice in Las Vegas and Reno. The Interventional Pain Physician will split time between clinic and an in-house ambulatory surgery center, focusing on workers' compensation and medical-legal pain care.

The role offers a substantial total compensation with a $100,000 annual bonus target in Year 1, sign-on and relocation support, and a senior/partner path with potential $700K–$900K total compensation based on productivity.

MASC Medical is hiring a board-certified Interventional Pain Physician on behalf of our client, an established, physician-led pain practice with multiple locations in Las Vegas and Reno. You will split your week between the clinic and the practice's own ambulatory surgery center. The practice focuses exclusively on workers' compensation and medical-legal pain care, meaning no commercial or government insurance credentialing delays and no prior-authorization hurdles.

Responsibilities of the Interventional Pain Physician

Work a 4-day schedule (3 clinic days and 1 surgery center day) with no on-call hours, no nights, and no weekend coverage, guaranteeing three-day weekends.

Clinic days (8:0 AM to 5:30 PM): See 18–21 new and established pain patients across two Las Vegas clinic locations.

Surgery center days (8:0 AM start): Perform 12–18 interventional procedures in the practice-owned ASC with CRNA sedation.

Perform epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation (SCS and kyphoplasty optional).

Supervise and co-manage a patient panel with one Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pain physicians, APPs, and behavioral health providers.

Requirements of the Interventional Pain Physician

MD or DO.

Completed ACGME-accredited interventional pain medicine fellowship.

Board certified in pain medicine (ABA subspecialty certification preferred). Primary board in Anesthesiology preferred; PM&R or Neurology considered.

2+ years of post-fellowship practice experience is preferred.

Active Nevada medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).

Active DEA registration (Nevada registration required prior to start).

Preferred but not required: Cervical transforaminal ESI experience, SCS/kyphoplasty experience, workers' comp/medical-legal experience, and bilingual (Spanish-English) fluency.
