Job summary

MASC Medical is assisting a well-established pain practice in Las Vegas and Reno. The Interventional Pain Physician will split time between clinic and an in-house ambulatory surgery center, focusing on workers' compensation and medical-legal pain care.

The role offers a substantial total compensation with a $100,000 annual bonus target in Year 1, sign-on and relocation support, and a senior/partner path with potential $700K–$900K total compensation based on productivity.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board-certified in pain medicine.
• Fellowship in interventional pain medicine required (ACGME-accredited).
• Active Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Work a 4‑day schedule: 3 clinic days and 1 ASC day with no on-call hours.
• See 18–21 pain patients across Las Vegas clinic locations.
• Perform interventional procedures at the ASC with CRNA sedation.
• Supervise and co-manage patient panel with APPs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pain team.
