Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers in Savannah, GA, seeks a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our outpatient Interventional Pain Management team, delivering patient-centered care.

You will work with physicians to evaluate, treat, and educate patients with acute and chronic pain, documenting in eClinicalWorks and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia NP or PA license is required.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage follow-up patients in an outpatient clinic.
• Perform comprehensive histories, exams, and assessments.
• Develop treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, medications, and wellness.
• Document encounters accurately in eClinicalWorks.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to achieve good outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and standards.
