Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Pain Management / Anesthesia Physician to enhance quality of life for patients with acute and chronic pain. You will blend anesthesiology with interventional pain management, evaluating, diagnosing, and managing complex cases while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for safe, evidence-based care across procedures and perioperative settings.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Anesthesiology.
Active, unrestricted medical license in Arizona.
Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
Proven proficiency with fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations and manage acute and chronic pain patients with evidence-based plans.
Perform image-guided interventional pain procedures (facet injections, radiofrequency, spinal implants).
Maintain EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance and safe prescribing.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and lead care conferences.
