Provider is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Prescribe and manage medications.
  • Perform interventional pain management procedures.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, medications, and self-management strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
