Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Pain Management / Anesthesia Physician to join our specialty team in Phoenix. The role combines clinical anesthesiology with advanced interventional pain management to evaluate, diagnose, and treat complex pain conditions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The physician will perform image-guided interventions, participate in care coordination, and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed ACGME residency in Anesthesiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical evaluation and patient management for acute and chronic pain.
• Conduct interventional pain procedures including facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and spinal cord stimulator trials/implantations.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
