Interventional Pain Management Physician Birmingham AL

We are seeking an Interventional Pain Management - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Anesthesiologist Physician (PM&R) to join our expanding team full-time at our busy Birmingham, AL offices. Ideal candidates are passionate about quality care, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in a team environment. Join a knowledgeable, dynamic team that treats a variety of pain conditions across different age groups.

About us:

Our multispecialty team includes Physicians, PAs/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners working collaboratively to relieve pain, restore function, and empower patients. We focus on evidence-based, conservative treatments but also offer interventional procedures such as discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and more, to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including medical history and relevant imaging
  • Provide direct patient care, diagnoses, and treatment planning for various pain conditions
  • Perform interventional procedures as needed
  • Coordinate with other specialists and refer for imaging or consultations
  • Reassess patient progress regularly
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
  • MD or DO license active in Alabama
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $415,000 to $460,000, with earning potential exceeding $575,000. We offer competitive compensation, ample growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
