Interventional Pain Management Physician Birmingham AL

$415k-$460k to start with potential up to $575k

We are looking for an Interventional Pain Management - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Anesthesiologist Physician (PM&R) to join our growing medical team full time at our busy offices in Birmingham, AL. We are a multispecialty team comprised of Physicians, PA/NP’s, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners who collaborate to relieve pain, restore physical function, and empower our patients to renew themselves so they can enjoy the lives they want and deserve. When this is needed, we offer a range of interventional pain management procedures that will ameliorate our patient’s pain and help get them back to full health.

Duties:

1. Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging/studies
2. Direct patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions
3. Perform interventional procedures as medically necessary
4. Referral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialties
5. Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progress
6. Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment plan options, post procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
7. Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
8. Accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

1. BC/BE Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
2. Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
3. MD or DO with Current/Active License in AL
