Abrazo Medical Group is seeking a physician specialized in pain management to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, perform interventional procedures, and educate patients and families on treatment options and self-management. Strong communication and clinical judgement are essential, with ongoing follow-up to optimize outcomes.

Formación

• Board certified or board eligible in pain management.
• Fellowship training in interventional pain management.
• Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and findings.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Perform interventional pain management procedures.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, options, procedures, medications, and self-management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing follow-up to ensure outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation per standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other professionals to coordinate care.

Provider is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Perform interventional pain management procedures.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, medications, and self-management strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
