Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a privately owned, physician-led pain management practice in Berlin, Maryland.

The role targets PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology trained physicians for a high-volume, procedure-driven outpatient setting with strong earning potential. The compensation package includes a base salary in the $420,000–$440,000+ range for year 1, with a transition to a draw model in year 2 based on

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship.
• Eligible for Maryland medical licensure and DEA registration.

A well-established,privately owned, physician-led pain management practice is seekinga full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team in Berlin,Maryland.This opportunity is ideal for a physician trained in Physical Medicine &Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or Anesthesiology who is interested in a high-volume, procedure-driven outpatient practice with strong long-term earningpotential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Year 1 base salary: $420,000– $440,000+
• Year 2: Transition to a drawmodel based on a percentage of collections

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of anACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required)
• Eligible for or active Maryland medical licensure (note: Florida license requirement removed to alignwith practice location)
• DEA registration in goodstanding
• Minimum of 2 years ofexperience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated proceduralproficiency and commitment to evidence-based care
• Strong communication andteamwork skills
