Qualifications

• Basic Life Support - CPR through the American Heart Association, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Delivers compassionate, high-quality care and conducts thorough patient assessments and care plans.
• Performs skilled nursing procedures and documents care via the nursing process.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral, and spiritual needs and plans interventions accordingly.
• Ensures adherence to department and hospital policies, safety, risk management, and regulatory standards.
