Job summary

Orlando Pain Centers of Excellence, LLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our Interventional Pain Management team in a fast-paced, procedure-driven outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, guiding non-opioid and multimodal therapies, assisting with procedures such as epidural injections and radiofrequency ablation, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APRN (FNP/AGNP) or PA-C program with an active Florida license.
• Experience in pain management or related field preferred.
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations incl. history, physical, pain assessments.
• Diagnose and manage spine, radicular, and joint pain conditions.
• Order and interpret imaging and labs (MRI, CT, X-ray, EMG/NCS).
• Assist physicians with interventional procedures (epidural injections, nerve blocks, RFA).
• Manage opioid therapy per guidelines and PDMP requirements.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR and ensure 24-hour documentation.
