Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a specialized clinical and research team at the FVC center. You will perform physician-approved procedures, assist with histories and exams, and coordinate diagnostic results under physician supervision.

You will educate patients, maintain records, schedule procedures, and support center workflow while ensuring high-quality patient care and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus AMA-recognized PA training.
• NCCPA certification on hire and renewal as per state regulations.
• ACLS and CPR certifications required.
• State Physician Assistant licensure in the state of practice.
• 8–12 years related experience; or master's with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Performs physician-approved procedures independently with physician guidance.
• Assists with patient history, exams, and pre-procedure assessments.
• Coordinate results of diagnostics and labs for treatment decisions.
• Maintain patient files and coordinate scheduling for procedures.
• Provide patient education and post-procedure follow-up as needed.
• Contribute to center workflow and adherence to safety policies.
