Job summary

Capital Health seeks a Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging services in a Neuroscience-focused environment. The role requires ARRT registration, graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, and a minimum of three years’ radiology experience, with angiography exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited school of radiological technology and ARRT registration are required.
• Three years of Diagnostic Radiology Technologist experience; angiography experience preferred.
• AHA BLS – Healthcare Provider certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical radiology services per Neuroscience standards.
• Explain procedures and obtain relevant patient history.
• Maintain radiation safety and ALARA practices for patients and staff.
• Enter patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System accurately.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures and coordinate patient flow.
• Participate in QA, PI activities and research initiatives.
