Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an experienced inpatient cardiology coverage physician for a High Point, North Carolina assignment. You'll provide call coverage with a demanding 30-minute response time and manage an average of 5 patients per shift in an invasive cardiology setting.

Required procedures include STEMI management, cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, IABP, PA catheter, and pacemaker placement; preferred: TEE, ablation, EP.

Responsibilities

• Call coverage with a Q5 call ratio (every 5th day)
• 30-minute call response time
• Avg. 5 patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients
• Inpatient cardiology setting
• Invasive cardiology required — diagnostic and interventional
