Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a cardiology inpatient physician for an ongoing assignment in North Dakota. The role involves inpatient-only coverage with TEE, urgent inpatient caths, temporary pacemakers, STEMI management, and EP call coverage.

Expect 9-hour days plus night call, about 10 days per month, with an average of 15 patients per shift and 5 phone consults per 24 hours. Travel and housing expenses are pre-paid, and malpractice is covered.

Qualifications

• Cardiology inpatient experience required.
• Ability to perform TEE and inpatient caths.
• Experience with temporary pacemakers.
• Proficient in STEMI management and EP call coverage.
• Comfort with high patient load and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology coverage during assigned shifts.
• Perform TEE and urgent inpatient caths as needed.
• Manage STEMI cases and EP on-call duties.
• Coordinate patient care with hospital staff.
