Job summary

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled interventional gastroenterologist to expand advanced gastroenterology services at the Royal Oak campus, just outside Detroit.

Responsibilities include managing pancreaticobiliary disorders, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, inpatient rounds, teaching fellows and students, and engaging with tumor boards and referring physicians. Strong endoscopy training is essential.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Gastroenterology board certification required.
• Advanced Endoscopy fellowship training required.
• Interest in bariatric endoscopy and/or 3rd space endoscopy encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage pancreaticobiliary disorders with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.
• Inpatient consults and rounds on interventional and general GI services; clinical trials involvement.
• Teach gastroenterology fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Engage in tumor board and collaborate with referring providers.
