Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Endoscopy Support Specialist for the Deer Valley area. You will assist physicians and nurses during advanced interventional and general GI/pulmonary procedures, prepare rooms, ensure equipment safety, and help monitor patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.

The role requires 2 years of direct patient care or endoscopy experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and current BLS certification. SGNA training is preferred, with full-time hours and a 4x10 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years direct patient care experience or endoscopy experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current required.
• Completion of SGNA Associates Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses during advanced interventional and general endoscopy procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms according to procedure requirements and verify equipment function.
• Dis infect and calibrate scopes and interventional endoscopic instruments.
• Monitor patients and collect specimens during procedures; assist with EUS/ERCP as needed.
