AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a dedicated RN to join our patient communications team. This role focuses on addressing non-clinical questions, scheduling appointments and referrals, guiding patients through procedures and billing, and providing resources to support their care journey.

You will maintain accurate patient records and work within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• 5 years RN experience
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing non-clinical questions and concerns.
• Provides information about appointments, procedures, billing, and general inquiries.
• Coordinates and schedules patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Provides patients with information and resources about their care, including pre and post-procedure care, medication guidelines, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including appointment details and communication logs.
