Job summary

UVA Community Health seeks an experienced Physician Assistant to join a high-performing Radiology team across three Northern Virginia hospitals. You will balance diagnostic fluoroscopy with image-guided interventional procedures in a physician-led, patient-centered environment.

Expect collaboration with an engaged leadership team, diverse case mix, and access to CME and teaching conferences within an academic health system.

Qualifications

• NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant with current Virginia license or eligibility.
• Training or certification in fluoroscopy and related radiology procedures.
• Strong clinical judgement and procedural proficiency in radiology settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic fluoroscopy procedures and interpret real-time imaging.
• Support interventional radiology with image-guided procedures and pre/post care.
• Coordinate patient histories, informed consent, and post-procedure instructions.
• Rotate across Manassas, Haymarket, and Culpeper community hospitals.
