Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in patient care while performing a broad range of imaging procedures with a low repeat rate.
• Verifies patient identity and collects relevant symptoms and history for the exam.
• Maintains patient privacy, dignity and comfort during procedures.
• Operates radiographic equipment including CT and MRI modalities, angiography, bone densitometry, or mammography tools.
• Assesses film quality for position, artifacts, density and contrast before patient leaves the department.
