Job summary

Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH seeks a Radiologic Technologist to assist physicians in fluoroscopic procedures, with emphasis on cardiac and interventional radiology. Responsibilities include pre-procedural setup, sterile technique, and post-procedure documentation to support safe patient care.

Required ARRT certification and Ohio licensure, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and strong organizational and communication skills. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification and Ohio Department of Health license are required.
• One year Cardiac Cath Lab/Hybrid OR/Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• RCIS or RCES credential preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic fluoroscopic procedures.
• Setup, scrub, circulate and provide support; manage image archives and documentation.
• Verify patient identity and exam orders; ensure safety and proper transport.
• Assist with vascular access, equipment, contrast administration and labeling of images.
• Prepare and review patient information,Discuss exams with patients, ensure ALARA principles.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control; monitor equipment and notify issues.
• Clean, disinfect and restock rooms; support EP and Cath Lab procedures as needed.
• Be on-call and ready to report within 30 minutes for STEMI or urgent cases.
