Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio seeks a Heart Lab Technologist to support invasive fluoroscopic guided procedures under the direction of cardiologists and surgeons. You will assist during catheterization, stent placements, ablations and related interventions, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.

The role requires ARRT certification and Ohio licensure, BLS/ACLS training, and preferred experience in cardiac cath labs.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification and Ohio Department of Health License.
• One-year Cardiac Cath Lab, Hybrid OR and/or Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• AHA BLS and ACLS training required (RQI compliant).
• RCIS (Cath) or RCES (EP) credential preferred.

Responsabilités

• Pre-procedural setup and assist during procedures with sterile technique.
• Manage image archive and documentation for billing and records.
• Perform ancillary tasks to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Verify patient identity and clinical information for each exam.
• Monitor patient condition and ensure safety during transport and procedures.
• Assist physicians during invasive imaging, including vascular access and device handling.
• Explain exams to patients and address questions; ensure radiation safety per ALARA.
