Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience directly related to cardiology.
• Must meet career ladder Staff Nurse II criteria for worked area. Verification of course completion per AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for heart failure patients with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Provide direct patient care and nursing services in outpatient settings.
• Triage patient questions by phone using physician protocols.
• Orient and train clinical support staff; serve as a resource on CHF clinical issues.
