Endeavor Health in Illinois is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist to join our fully integrated healthcare delivery system. You will provide medical patient care, evaluate and treat clinical patients, and collaborate with physicians to ensure continuous care across 300+ ambulatory locations and hospitals.
Illinois license or pending license, DEA license, and a strong commitment to wellness, prevention, and education are required.
Qualifications
- Licensed physician with current or pending Illinois license.
- DEA/Controlled Substance license.
- Board certified or eligible in Cardiology.
Responsabilités
- Provide medical patient care by interviewing, examining and treating clinical patients.
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention and early detection.
- Prescribe medical treatment and clinical drugs.
- Order studies, tests and ancillary services.
- Document all services in patient medical records.
- Oversee mid-level medical staff and nursing staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information per federal guidelines.
- Participate in teaching sessions and quality improvement programs.
