Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Interventional Cardiology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Beckley, West Virginia. Start date ASAP with 7a-7a on-call shifts from March 16 to March 23, 2026.

This inpatient, call-only assignment requires board certification/eligibility, WV license or IMLC, BLS, and a favorable credentialing window.

AMN provides malpractice insurance, travel and lodging support, and a dedicated mobility team.

Qualifications

• Board certification in cardiology and active WV license or IMLC.
• Board eligibility or fellowship training in interventional cardiology.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional cardiology coverage during assigned call-only shifts.
• Work in inpatient setting with a 24-hour on-call schedule.
• Coordinate with facility staff to ensure timely credentialing and patient care.

This facility is seeking an Interventional Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule: Call Only, March 16-23, 2026, 7a-7a
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Type of cases; required procedures:
• Credentialing timeframe: 7-10 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MediTech
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Board Eligible, Fellowship preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required: Active West Virginia State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
