Medicus Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage in central Nebraska.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 8a-4p with in-clinic or inpatient coverage, call shifts, and a caseload of 8–10 inpatients on weekdays. Read echocardiograms, perform cath lab procedures, and work with Epic EMR. Travel and lodging are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified Interventional Cardiologist.
• Ability to read echocardiograms.
• Proficient with Epic EMR.

Medicus is partnering with a hospital in central Nebraska with an opening for a skilled Interventional Cardiologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

Opening Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-4p) in clinic, or inpatient coverage
• Call shifts required
• Daily Volume: 8-10 inpatients on weekdays, 6-7 inpatients on weekends
• Duties: Rounding, cath lab procedures, etc.
• Must be able to read echocardiograms
• Support Staff: APP, Hospitalist
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
