Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking an Interventional Radiologist for locum coverage in south-central Nebraska. The role includes Level II trauma setting, Monday–Friday 8a–5p, with no on-call requirement, and support staff on site.

Procedures include spine interventions, ports/central lines, biopsies and drainages, oncology interventions, image-guided therapies, kyphoplasty, and breast biopsies. Travel and lodging are paid, with Epic EMR used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist with Interventional radiology expertise.
• Experience or ability to work in Level II trauma settings is preferred.
• Locum coverage responsibilities require flexibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum coverage as Interventional Radiologist.
• Perform spine procedures, ports and central line placements, biopsies, drainages and image-guided therapies.
• Carry out kyphoplasty and breast biopsies as needed using Epic EMR for documentation.

About the Opening

• Level II Trauma
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• No call requirement
• 175 beds
• Required Procedures: Spine procedures, ports and central line placements, solid organ biopsies and drainages, oncology interventions and image-guided therapies, kyphoplasty, breast biopsies
• Support Staff: PA, technologist, and nursing staff
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
