Job summary

UNC Health Southwestern in Lumberton, NC seeks an Interventional Cardiologist to join a community-based practice of General, Interventional, and EP Cardiologists, Cardiology Fellows, Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons, and APPs. The role includes inpatient and outpatient interventional care with EPIC EMR and opportunities for teaching.

The position offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including bonuses and relocation assistance, with a 1:4 call and a cath lab day each week.

Qualifications

• Licensed DO/MD in NC or eligible.
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient interventional cardiovascular care supported by dedicated APPs.
• 1 cath lab day per week.
• 1:4 call.
• Fellow, resident, and medical student teaching available.

Education

Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology

BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
