The Registered Nurse in the Cardio Vascular Suite-Interventional Radiology (CVIR) at 1910 Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. delivers patient care through the nursing process, assesses patients, and coordinates care with the team to achieve optimal outcomes.

This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit and reports to the Nurse Manager/Director; requires MA RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, BSN preferred, and experience with moderate sedation and interventional radiology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Requires current experience in moderate sedation.
• Previous interventional radiology experience desired.
• Previous catheterization experience/hemodynamic monitoring/interventional Radiology experience desired.
• Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on clinical standards and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate care for CVIR patients; adhere to department policies.
