Concord Hospital is seeking an Imaging Lab RN to support interventional radiology procedures in Concord, NH. Under supervision of the Nurse Manager and Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services, the RN provides high-quality pre, intra, and post procedural care and assists with diagnostic and therapeutic vascular procedures.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree from an accredited program, NH RN licensure, BLS and ACLS on hire, and 2+ years of critical care or 3+ years medical/surgical

Qualifications

• Graduate from a state-accredited school of Nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certification on hire; NH RN licensure required.
• Two years minimum critical care experience or three years medical/surgical with cardiovascular focus.

Responsabilités

• Delivers pre and post procedural care per hospital policy.
• Provides intra procedural care as circulator, scrub, or monitor.
• Gathers and interprets history and physical data to plan interventions.
• Demonstrates sound clinical judgment and decision-making.
• Educates patient and family about the plan of care.
• Prepares patients for discharge and self-care after procedures.
• Administers medications as ordered.
• Maintains effective communication within the care team.
• Adheres to safety protocols and completes required duties.
• Participates in departmental and committee initiatives.
