Qualifications

• Maryland license or RCIS certification is required in place of license and ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic procedures in Radiology, including interventional angiographic and cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Operates imaging equipment and ensures patient monitoring devices are functional.
• Prepares room and supplies, and explains procedures to patients.
• Assists physicians during procedures and ensures radiation safety for patient and staff.
• Identifies and documents patient status and arrhythmias as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation and film processing for interpretation.
