Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Cath Lab professional to assist physicians in diagnostic and invasive cardiac, vascular and electrophysiology procedures. You will support pacemaker/ICD implants, monitor hemodynamics, and help manage interventional lab equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years of angiography experience, ARRT certification, ACLS/BLS, and the ability to work in lead aprons up to 20 lbs. Growth opportunities and team mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• IABP course completion.
• Must be able to work in a 20lbs lead apron.
• Advanced technical computer skills for lab systems.
• Cath lab inventory knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in Angiography (Special Procedures).

Responsibilities

• Assists cardiologist/vascular surgeon in diagnostic and invasive cardiac, vascular and EP procedures.
• Assists in permanent pacemaker and ICD implantation.
• Maintains imaging data and operates interventional lab equipment.
• Performs hemodynamic monitoring, scrubbing and circulating duties.
• Ensures radiation protection and records X-ray exposure doses.
• Mentors students and new employees in the Cath lab.
