Job summary

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support the Catheterization Laboratory during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. Assist with patient positioning, imaging, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality results.

ARRT RT(R) certification and ROC, BLS and ACLS within 90 days are required. An associate degree or higher in science or related field is required, with a 0.9 FTE schedule from 6:30am to 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and assist with imaging procedures.
• Utilize radiation protection and ALARA principles to minimize exposure.
• Assist physicians with catheterization imaging and monitoring.
• Prepare and provide equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
• Document results and monitor patient data during procedures.
