TriStar Summit Medical Center in Nashville seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to support interventional cardiovascular procedures. You will scrub, assist, and monitor patients, ensuring safe, accurate imaging and procedures from initiation to post-care.

The role requires certification in RCIS/RCES or ARRt-R, radiology tech credentials, and timely BLS/ACLS completion, with on-call availability as needed. A collaborative, clinical setting is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Graduate from accredited radiology technology program.
• RCIS/RCES or ARRT-R certification as required.
• BLS and ACLS within specified timeframes after start date.
• On-call within 30 minutes radius.

Mansioni

• Assist physicians during interventional cardiovascular procedures, including scrubbing and sterile setup.
• Administer contrast media and medications per guidelines.
• Start and maintain IV access; monitor and report patient status.
• Prepare patients by reviewing medical history and positioning.
• Operate and maintain imaging and lab equipment; report malfunctions.
• Document procedures in Meditech and verify imaging in PACS.
• Interpret and report test results and correct artifacts.
